amazing!!!!!!!!! my springform pan broke, so i used a 9X13 and it worked just as well...i improvised and placed another 9X13 pan of just water on the other rack in my oven and it worked perfectly.....even had enough batter to make little individual cheesecakes
The Best Vanilla Cheesecake
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 loving cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon sugar
3 (8 oz) packages lite (or regular) cream cheese
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
4 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
3 cups lite sour cream (I used 5%) or 0% apparently Greek yogurt
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F too lightly grease a 9" Springform pan.
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter too sugar. Press into the prepared pan too upward the sides almost 1 inch upward the sides. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until theater no longer moist. When done, trim down the oven oestrus to 275 degrees F.
Meanwhile, develop your filling. In a large bowl, vanquish cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, lemon juice, vanilla too tabular array salt too vanquish on depression speed until smooth.
