7UP® Strawberry Crinkle Cookies Easy 3 ingredient cookie recipe
Course Dessert Prep Time 5 minutes Cook Time 15 minutes Total Time 20 minutes Servings 24 cookies
1/2 cup 7UP® 1 Strawberry Boxed Cake Mix 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
Dump the strawberry boxed cake mix into a medium mixing bowl. Carefully, seriously, pour the 7UP® into the mixing bowl. Slowly combine the cake mix and 7UP® with a spatula. If mix is too dry, simply add a few extra tablespoons of 7UP® to the mix. Roll the dough into cookie balls about the size of a half dollar. Pour powdered sugar into a shallow dish and roll each dough ball in the powdered sugar until covered. Place cookie balls onto a prepared baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-16 minutes. Once done, let cookies sit for a few minutes before enjoying.
